O’s Notes: Pianist Danny Fox leads a trio with bassist Chris von Vorst van Beest and drummer Max Goldman. They play 12 bubbly syncopated originals that have catchy melodies. Fox shares the stage with his band mates allowing them to catch the spotlight, especially van Beest who takes on the melody and even the rhythm from time to time! The underlying tone is dark but the tight knit and energetic trio brighten it up quiet a bit. We’ d suggest giving it a spin it gets stronger with each track!
