O’s Notes: Guitarist and composer, Paul Nash, has explored jazz with different voicings, musicians, and arrangements. His primary influences are Gil Evans and Charles Mingus. He organized this band in 1990 and these songs were recorded in 1997. The music is open and creative but not to far off of the edge.
