O’s Notes: Erica Papillion-Posey has a rich sweet voice that would fit on Broadway or at any of the Village’s hot jazz spots. The Standard Reimagined places her in jazz space supported by violinist Jarius Daigle, Chester Daigle II on piano and bassist Ken Walker. We didn’t notice the absence of a drummer through the entire set. Erica delivers a solid performance, as does Jarius on unique but recognizable arrangements of twelve popular classics.
