O’s Notes: Brandon Sanders is a persistent musician with his second release as a leader at 53, The Tables Will Turn is at least as good as his highly regarded debut. His band mates ate Warren Wolf (vibes), Keith Brown (p), David Wong (b), and Chris Lewis (sax). Christie Dashiell softens the attack with 2 vocals, “Human Nature” and “Prelude To A Kiss”. The instrumentals cook, notably “Moose the Mooshe”, “Central and El Segundo”, and the title track, in a balanced session.
