O’s Notes: Andy Bey is a veteran pianist and vocalist who defies classification into any one genre. Rather, he incorporates elements of jazz, soul, R&B and gospel into his repertoire. The World According to Andy Bey is a solo effort that has eleven songs including 4 originals and a large dose of emotion. He uses an oratory call and response approach that draws listeners in. The dynamics are excellent and fans will be truly pleased.
