O’s Notes: Bassist Bob Gingery leads a quartet with Jon Irabagon on tenor sax, guitarist Mile Baggetta and Mark Ferber on drums. Jon and Mike handle the melodies while Mark and Bob anchor the odd meters. Gingery composed all eight compositions. They have a soft, relaxed jazz-fusion feel that defines Bob’s signature on his recording debut.
