O’s Notes: She opens with “Blue Skies” and we were tapping our feet right away. The band is swinging hard! By the time we got to concentrating on Wendee, we realized that she had pleasing vocals that are inviting. Among the best of the colors are “Orange Colored Sky”, “Honeysuckle Rose” with Ken Peplowski on clarinet, “I’m Beginning To See The Light” and “My Foolish Heart” with Steve Heck adding a chorus. When she’s swinging, look out; Glick really cooks.
