O’s Notes: We all face challenges in life that bring us choices. When saxophonist Danny Zinn encounters these forks in the road, he selects the path of music, following his passion, resulting in rich music for his listeners. On Two Roads, Zinn teams up with Rachel Z (p), Jeff Denson (b, vocals) and Omar Hakin (d). The music is all original highlighted by “Yaryak”, “Pros and Cons”, “East Bay Punk”, “Streams of Dreams” featuring percussion by Brian Rice, and the spirited title track with vocalizations by Denson and accents from Rice.
