O’s Notes: Guitarist/singer Luther Allison is all about the blues. This CD is his 1958 debut recording! At 18 years old, Luther already had the stuff that made him a blues guitar legend. There are eight songs here, 30 minutes (it was vinyl back then!) of pure pleasure. We liked “Rock Me Baby” best among many gems.
