O’s Notes: The Kombos Collective was formerly The Greek Chamber Music Project. Uproot is their latest album, inspired by Greek refugee songs from Asia Minor. The primary musicians are vocalist Katerina Clambaneva, Ellie Falaris Ganelin (flutes), Emma Selmon (clarinets), and pianist Mary-Victoria Voustas. This classic European folk collection takes us back centuries! Our favorite is “Ti Se Melei Esanene”.
