O’s Notes: City of Four is a quartet with Mike Caudill (t-sax, EWI), Cat Tremblay (keyboards), Eric Falter (b), and Steve Wilkinson (d). They establish a funky groove right off the bat on “Overcast” followed by the mellow “Avenue West”, more funk on “Who’s To Say”, then relaxing on “Gone By Sundown” and “See Me, Hear Me”. Vistas is a strong set of mixed tempo and moods.
