O’s Notes: Chicago-based crooner Paul Marinaro has a buttery baritone voice and a swinging style. He embraces each tune as if it were his own. His father Joe Marinaro, a lover of music who never reached his dream to sing professionally, inspired all of the tunes. Without A Song serves as a debut for father and son, the former via digital reproductions. While it posed many problems for the sound engineers, the results are very good.
