O’s Notes: DFA, Duty Free Area, is an Italian band that plays progressive rock. The rhythms are more complex than rock with funky beats topped with creative improvisation. This CD was recorded live at NEARfest in Pennsylvania last year. Six songs are featured, a split between their last two albums. They play what they feel and the combination of metallic guitar, pyrotechnic piano, bass and drums leaves rockers feeling good!
