O’s Notes: Veteran jazz guitarist Dan Adler and bassist Arnon Palty form a quartet with pianist Donald Vega and drummer Byron Landham. The headliners each contribute 5 original compositions to the mix. Adler and Vega play memorable melodies throughout the set while the solos are strong from the entire band. We enjoyed the calypso feel of “I Just Did” and the free spirited flow of “Shiny Dolphins” and “It’s Fine”.
