O’s Notes: Welcome to the world of trumpeter Paul Litteral with The Litteral Truth, featuring some of the greatest classic pop, jazz tunes. The band is tight with crisp horns and groovin’ rhythm section. The recrafted tunes are a few beats slower and geared towards the strengths of the band. “Use Me”, and “Home At Last” stand out. We also liked “Virtual Insanity” and the Steely Dan tunes: “Black Cow”, and “Do It Again”.
