O’s Notes: Looms & Legends is a solo album featuring Ned Rothenberg playing alto saxophone, Bb & A clarinets, and shakuhachi. The music is all original free expressions. Ned considers his work as an escape from the chaotic reality that we choose to face, or ignore in sheer exhaustion. His music mirrors some of the realities we face with hopes of inspiring more love, truth, and empathy. “Resistance Anthem”, “Plun Jah”, “Urgency”, “Round Midnight”, and “BellKeyBell” are the best songs.
