O’s Notes: Inner Play is a spirited collaboration between drummer, percussionist Tom Teasley and trumpeter Dave Dallou. Both artists are adept at improvising and Teasley adds electronics intro the mix to add more contemporary flare. They play in the moment with a minimum of overdubs. “Elephant Dance”, “Inner Joy”, and “Outside Inn” are among the best of a dozen selections. They are a creative, unique duo.
