O’s Notes: These are two fine guitarists combining their talents on seventeen classic tunes along with a few of their own songs. The real excitement comes from the actual instruments, over 20 different guitars from the exclusion collection of Scott Chinery. The spirit moves from a light country approach as on “Smile” to the bubbly “All The Things You Are” and even some bossa nova on “Cherokee Ridge”. There are some over-dubbed solos and some duets. Among the best is “Blue Bossa” (Taylor) featuring 19 different guitars. Great guitars being tickled by exceptional guitarists!
