O’s Notes: Drummer/musical director Bobby Sanabria pays homage to the late Arsenio Rodriguez, a pioneer of salsa, Afro-Cuban jazz, and many offshoots on Arsenio And Beyond. Sanabria celebrated the music in a live recording with his Multiverse Big Band at the Bronx Music Hall, March 15, 2025. This is a swinging Caribbean party, so put on your dancing shoes! “La Cartera”, “El Elemento Del Bronx”, and “Yo Naci En Africa/Anabacoa” pack a punch.
