O’s Notes: This live recording features a trio of professionals playing at their peak. They fit together like a puzzle and they feed of each other nicely. The music is upbeat and vibrant led by the spirited piano work of Mays starting from the opening title track. Swainson takes the lead on Laura with a strong solo on bass. They make a set of good standards very good with their energy.
