O’s Notes: StringShot is a Contemporary“Blues & Latin“band featuring Badi Assad (vocals, g), Roy Rogers (vocals, g), Carlos Reyes (violin, harp, b, vocals), Kevin Hayes (d) and Joel Jaffe (d, perc programming). Rogers, Assad, and Reyes composed the ten songs alone and in various combinations. Jason Newsted and Carl Coletti collaborated with Rogers on “God Prayed It”. There’s a little bit for everyone here highlighted by “Blues For Brazil” and “Lost Again In You”.
