O’s Notes: Sean plays drums and leads a band that includes Aram Nojakiam (g), Marc Ribot (g), Susan McKeown (vocals), Jamaaladeen Tacuma (b), Mat Maneri (viola) and Thierno Camara (b, vocals). They fire up eleven rounds of Noonan’s compositions. The music is a funky, electric, blues fusion with a lot of creativity. “Crazy Legs” and “Big Mouth” were among the best. It is a different type of groove for sure.
