O’s Notes: The best news when buying a CD made by Beezwax is that you know it has been made with care. The recording quality, the packaging and customization, all is well done. But none of that means a thing if the music is not worthy. They don’t have a stable of well know stars. But we can assure you that there is lots of good sound emanating from Elkhart, IN. This sampler is a great way to experience and discover what satisfies your tastes. We like Bob Guthrie, Franklin/Clover/Seals, Grant Levin, Big Three Trio and Bill Boris to start! They have blues, bebop, ballads, funk and swing so you’ll be find at least a couple of winners.
