O’s Notes: Brian plays sax and Vernel Blake handles keyboards (as The Vern), drum programming (as V-Dog Blake) and guitar (as himself). They wrote and arranged all of the music. The electronics can be a bit imposing at times but the music is good smooth jazz. “Saxual Healing” has a Latin twist with light vocals. Our favorites were “Island Girl” and the reggae beats of “Shark Bait”.
