O’s Notes: Keyboardist Erik Lindgren is the mastermind behind the Frankenstein Consort, a large ensemble of woodwinds and percussion. They improvise on a wide variety of tunes including “Frankenstein”, the rock hit from 1972 and Artie Shaw’s “Powerhouse” which took us to the carnival. We liked “Psychotic” because the lyrics were! Their approach is unique and on the edge… It is definitely different.
