Liquid guitar, crisp brass accents, and a steady groove with memorable riffs mark the sign of a good, smooth jazz release and Aaron’s latest release, Color & Passion has it all! He also varies the attack with tastes of reggae ad Latin. To take it up a notch Blake invites a few guests to join the party. Darren Rahn plays sax and synths on “Groovers and Shakers”, Najee is the featured saxophonist on “Sunday Strut”, and flutist Kim Scott steps into the spotlight on Stevie Wonder’s “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing”, a fitting closer.
