O’s Notes: Michael is a 28-year-old crooner that is realizing his dream as a swinging jazz singer. Warner has put together an excellent package to trace his progress to date. There is a DVD that provides digital liner notes along with 12 songs plus a few bonus tracks and a wealth of dialog with Bublé. The CD program is equally good with eight additional songs like “Mack the Knife” and Moondance”. The band is 1st rate with a rich brass section that announces Bublé’s presence and sounds large. “My Funny Valentine”, “Fever” and a few other songs show up on both discs but are arranged differently. Michael is helping bring jazz big band swing and singing to younger audiences!
