O’s Notes: Erin has a soft voice that fits well on this collection of popular ballads. Her approach is enjoyable and inviting. The song selection includes “Here There and Everywhere”, “Tonight I’ll Be Staying Here With You” with its funky beats, “Time After Time” and “I Walk A Little Faster” with nice accompaniment by guitarist Adam Rogers. Bode is backed by a strong band that includes Bruce Barth (p), Larry Grenadier (b) and Meg Okura (violin). Erin is already very popular in St. Louis and looks for this CD to launch into the national spotlight.
