O’s Notes: Smooth sax player Marion Meadows teams up with Mel Brown (b), Freddie Fox (g) and Michael Broening (keyboards) to make another popping contemporary jazz album. The upbeat opener, “Dressed To Chill” is definitely Top 10 radio friendly but Meadows also adds several romancers for after hours. Among the best are “Miss Know It All” with vocals from Will Brock, “Bounce”, “1000 Dreams” and “Just My Style”. Marion even puts in a tune for all of the steppers to enjoy. This is one of his best.
