O’s Notes: These are new renditions of Stephen Foster Songs. Andy started arranging Foster tunes many years ago. He liked the way the stories unfolded hence this collection of seventeen classics was born. Biskin (cl) teams up with Pete McCann (g, banjo), Chris Washburne (tb, tuba) and John Hollenbeck (d, perc) for Early American. “Camptown Races”, “Old Black Joe” and “Oh! Susanna” are of few of the tunes. The arrangements are creative but not for everyone.
