O’s Notes: Dr. Nichols is another smooth jazz sax player. He leads us through eleven relaxing instrumental ballads. The feeling is mostly romantic but even patriotic on “America”. He also goes the inspirational route on “Center of My Joy”. Somehow it seems monotonous with not a lot of new arrangements. It is suitable for meditating.
