O’s Notes: Out To Dinner started seemingly as a novelty and has become a formidable band. Act Four for this adventurous ensemble is titled Food Is Medicine. The horns, Patrick Cornelius (a-sax) and Ryan Keberle (tb) lead most melodies on top of a strong rhythm section with vibraphonist Behn Gilece, bassist Boris Kozlov and drummer Rudy Royston. “We Will Know”, a slick cover of “Inner City Blues” and “Dinner Is Served” are among the best tunes.
