O’s Notes: Electric violinist Noel Webb leads his band through five smooth jazz songs. Webb wrote all of the music except the stirring cover of “Where Is The Love” sung by Trina Steward and keyboardist Joel Gaines. Our favorite is the mellow “She’s a Tease”. This is inoffensive music with a cool groove though it was less than 25 minutes in total.
