O’s Notes: Italian sax player Ventrella is rising on the smooth jazz charts. He has the right stuff. He plays covers of Grover’s “Come Morning” & “Winelight” and the upbeat “Soulful Strut”. Then he switches things up with more jazz on “A Night In Tunisia” and romance on “Feel Like Makin Love”. Rocco also has several originals notably “Sensuality” and the title track. We look forward to seeing him continue developing his own voice.
