O’s Notes: Chanda Rule is a vocalist and interfaith minister who developed her musical stride in New York where she met her Austrian soul mate. They moved to Vienna where she’s been delighting European crowds. Her roots style, blues and spirituals are graced with spectacular soulful vocals. Chanda’s band is Jan Kořínek (B3), Paul Zauner (tb), Osian Roberts (sax), Mario Rome (t) and Christian Salfelner (d).
