O’s Notes: I Dreamed of Invisible Journeys is a duet featuring guitarist Mark Wingfield with Kevin Kastning playing 36-string and 15-string guitars. Kastning’s innovations are not only in his compositions but also in the guitars he invents to convey his music. The sounds are deliberate and descriptive much like a dusty old town out west. Their music crosses New Age, Avant Garde, Progressive Rock and Jazz in an approachable amalgamation.
