O’s Notes: This is a sort of free fusion that leans more towards chaos than order. Pianist Fujii is joined by Mark Dresser (b) and Jim Black (d) to form a cohesive trio. Satoko wrote each of the four compositions. They tend to have a life with phases, each defined by the pace and energy.
