O’s Notes: Smooth sax player Eric Marienthal opens with the mid-tempo vibe of “Blue Water”. That is a hint of what follows over the next nine tracks. It’s inoffensive music led by Eric’s passionate melodies. Among the best are “I Believe In You” and the more up-tempo “Dance With Me”. Guest artists Jeff Lorber (g, keyboards) and Dave Weckl (d) make “Flower Child” and the funky “Your Move” sizzle. Album producer Brian Culbertson adds keyboards.
