O’s Notes: Jackie gets down to business immediately with the first song, the title track. The band is Henry Lawrence Avery (d), Takya (g), Nancy Wright (sax), Harriett E. Davis (v) and Ivory on organ. They play ten songs with a heavy dose of soul. Nancy gets the job done as well as anyone on “Cleo’s Mood” and the whole band cooks on “Blues Is Alright” as the funky blues keep our head bobbin’.
