O’s Notes: The band is a trio featuring guitarist Mark Wingfield, guitarist Mark Reuter and drummer/percussionist Asaf Sirius for Lighthouse. They don’t classify it as jazz, rock or progressive rock, but more of an adventure. Our categorization is progressive rock that is more like white noise that sits on the edge of free jazz. This performance is one that creates a unique party mood. There is an abundance of energy and electronic that s not for the faint of heart. A more refined view is found on“The Stone House“with bassist Yaron Stavi accentuating the trio.
