O’s Notes: Lovers holiday was originally released back in 2003. It’s a joyful collection of pop ballads that could find its home at summer jam sessions, food festivals or something of that sort. Chris has an embraceable singing style that flows with the mood on “Saturday Night in Shankletown” and several other pop blues tunes. There’s even a touch of reggae on “Holding Up The Nation”. This is happy music.
