O’s Notes: Lullabies is a celebration of some of the tunes the late pianist Dave Brubeck played at home, for his family and friends. Dave made the recording during March 2010 reminiscing about the musical influence of his mother from prenatal conditioning through his childhood. There are classics and originals in this solo piano set that is as gratifying as the title suggests.
