O’s Notes: It is funky with a solid bottom, courtesy of bassist Victor Bailey, and a steady groove. Metro’s music is pumpin’ on the title track! This holds true even when they slow down on “Shadow Play”. Chuck Loeb adds liquid guitar to round out a balanced session.
