O’s Notes: Though Mary now lives in Southern California, she has fond childhood memories of New England winters. She draws upon those magical moments when singing these songs that inspire the year’s journey. Some of the lyrics are in French and there is a rich duet with co-producer Amber Whitlock on “Bird Of Beauty”. Rob Whitlock plays all keyboards, arranged and co-produced the CD. He also contributes a couple of original compositions notably the title track. These are pretty songs that have a cleansing effect.
