O’s Notes: Carla (violin) and Satoko (p) perform as a duo on four original pieces. They extract all elements of sound from their instruments and dive into free space with a spirit that invokes listeners. The first 3 songs ere recorded live in San Francisco to an appreciative audience during 2002. “Remainder of one, Remainder of two” is a 26+ minute studio recording. They have a lot of talent and have produced a pallet that has a specific narrow appeal. For those who align, it will be a dream.
