O’s Notes: Lins is a well-established Brazilian vocalist and composer. My Heart Speaks, is his latest album and it is a statement recording including many of his greatest hits. He gets support from the 91-piece symphony of Tbilisi. There are notable guest appearances by Randy Brecker on “Missing Miles”, Dianne Reeves on “The Heart Speaks”, Jane Monheit on “Rio”, and newcomer, Tawanda on “I’m Not Alone” that accentuate the performance. It’s a rich session with a lot to entice a broad audience.
