O’s Notes: Guitarist John Basile leads this cool organ trio with Pat Bianchi manning the B3 and Carmen Intorre keeping time. They get right to it on “S’ Bout Time” setting the stage for an impressive session. The cover of “Stop Look Listen” is warm but spirited, the first of five selections including percussion from Kevin Winard. Basile plays his guitar with a crisp precision that is inviting. He adds a couple of originals to the program of tried and true standards. It is a great listening session.
