O’s Notes: Seattle-based drummer Todd Zimberg leads a trio with bassist Perry Thoorsell and pianist Michael Gotz for his latest release Not A Tango. The seven selections are mostly original tunes. Todd shares the stage judiciously with a team that is well knitted with pianist Michael Gotz and bassist Perry Thoorsell. “What?” and “Beautiful Love” are highlights.
