O’s Notes: Drummer Jerry Granelli leads a trio with pianist Jamie Saft and Bradley Christopher Jones on bass. They take on the music of Vince Guaraldi (Charlie Brown) and blues singer Mose Allison. Jones and Granelli composed and perform “Mind Prelude 1 & 2” as duets. Saft strikes a serious blues note on the keys on “Parchman Farm”, one of the highlights along with “Star Song” and “Christmas Time Is Here”.
