O’s Notes: Zonjic is well known in Detroit on the radio and in the clubs as the man playing cool jazz on the flute. He breathes new magic into several soul and pop hits; “It’s Too Late”, “I Just Wanna Stop” and the theme from “Taxi” are notable. He also plays some of the peaceful grooves that he’s known for. He gets help from Kirk Whalum, Jeff Lorber. Dave Koz, Earl Klugh and vocalists Kevin Whalum and Wendy Moten. A sure shot!
